Using CommentFlow
CommentFlow is a digital service for exporting publicly available TikTok comments into structured files. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid plans provide recurring comment credits and renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Payments are processed securely by Creem. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the Billing area. Canceling stops future renewals and does not retroactively remove credits already used.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass people, evade access controls, collect private information, infringe rights, distribute malware, or build unlawful or discriminatory targeting systems.
Public-content availability
Public content can be removed, restricted, or changed by its source. CommentFlow cannot guarantee that every post, comment, reply, or engagement count will remain available or that source totals will exactly match an export.
Account suspension
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

CommentFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
