Information we process
CommentFlow processes the account details you provide, public TikTok URLs you submit, export settings, usage records, and the public comment data needed to complete your requested export.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, deliver exports, calculate credits, maintain export history, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate subscriptions.
Service providers
Production collection uses a commercially contracted data supplier. Hosting and account data are processed through Cloudflare, and payments are processed by Creem. Provider credentials remain server-side. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
Account, billing, security, and export-history records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request account or data deletion by contacting support.
Public data and your responsibilities
Public comments can still contain personal data. Use, share, and retain exports responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.
